Good things are brewing in Honduras

We’ve teamed up with Bean Voyage, a nonprofit that helps female coffee farmers in Latin America. Together, we’re running a Coffee Quality Bootcamp. Through practical training, women are learning how to improve bean quality, find good buyers, and strengthen their place in an industry often dominated by men.
We’ll train the participants on how to earn income through multiple streams. That way, if their coffee crops are damaged by pests, storms, or droughts, they still have income to support their families.
Thanks to the support of our generous donors, this pilot project is aiming to help 50 women. This, in turn, helps another 200 people who rely on them, like kids and extended family.

Farming in rural Honduras isn’t easy. Roads are rough, and markets are far away. But with training, teamwork, and your support, these women are becoming leaders in their communities — proving what’s possible when you have the right help.
